Shipping policy

All Midnight Veil Co orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

This does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier and your location.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather issues, or transit-related problems.

Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We cannot edit, reroute, refund, or replace orders that are shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Midnight Veil Co is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed off to the shipping carrier, it is no longer within our control.

If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
