Refund policy

At Midnight Veil Co, each item is handcrafted with care. Due to the nature of our products:

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

• We are not responsible for any damage, delays, or issues that occur during shipping.

Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, it is out of our control. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We cannot edit, reroute, or refund orders that are shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. Midnight Veil Co is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.

• All sales are final.
